About Me

My name is Will Tyson, and I’m a high school student at Skyline High School. I started my own business flipping bicycles on the KSL Marketplace during my freshman year, which sparked my interest in entrepreneurship and inspired me to pursue a career in business. That experience ultimately led me to apply for—and be accepted into—the Granite CEO program. I’m excited to gain valuable skills and make meaningful connections through this program, both of which will be priceless as I move forward in my education and career. I have a naturally competitive spirit, which has pushed me to take challenging courses like Honors, AP, and Concurrent Enrollment. My favorite so far has been the Academy of Finance, which played a big role in getting me here. Outside of school, I love spending time outdoors—whether that’s rock climbing, backpacking, or biking.
